MARLBOROUGH - Bertha “Bea” F. (Nault) Maurice, 90, of Marlborough died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at the Washburn Residence in Worcester. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Gilbert J. and Flora (Bouley) Nault and lived in North Grafton and Westborough before moving to Marlborough in 1980. A graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1940, she worked in the purchasing department at Bay State Abrasives in Westborough for 25 years before retiring in 1984. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Marlborough Senior Center and the former Bay State Retirees Club. Bea loved music and dancing. She leaves her niece and caregiver, Janice Sears of West Boylston and her husband, Allen; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. She was the sister of the late Gilbert C. and Robert A. Nault, and Harriet Boberg.
Calling hours will be held Monday, Jan. 14 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough, followed by a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Following cremation, burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Instead of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
