Marlborough- James F. Smith, 54, of Marlborough and formerly of Brighton died Sunday October 22, 2017 at Marlborough Hospital. He was the husband of Judith A. “Judy” Williams-Smith for the last 28 years. He was born in Brighton, the son of the late Edwin and Charlotte (Getz) Smith and was a 1981 graduate of Brighton High School. He also was a graduate of Road Master Drivers School of Orlando where here received his CDL. He worked at several area trucking companies throughout his life. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles # 3565. He enjoyed watching The Rifleman and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a quiet man with a great heart and quick wit. Besides his wife he leaves, a step-daughter Desirea Phoutopolous of Boston; three brothers, Edward Smith of Conn, Kenneth Smith of Boston and Todd Smith of Brighton; a sister Debbie Smith of Brighton; three grandchildren, John Agosto, Jada Pedlow and Jolena Phoutopolous all of Marlborough.
