I’m going to MISS seeing Marty during our Assabet Valley Camera Club meetings! I appreciated his sharp mind and unique perspectives. I loved Marty's photography, especially his photos of the Boston marathon runners, and, more recently, some magnificent mating birds. I admired his energy, loved his unique voice, wry humor, impish grin, and that ever-present twinkle in his eye. I will remember him with that grin, wearing his red cap. i am thankful for the gift of Marty's life, his presence. May he R.I.P. I’m sure he's enjoying a heavenly view!

We were so surprised to hear of Marty's passing. Marty always had a great attitude and was easy to get along with. We've been on many camera club field trips with Marty and last year he was with us on the trip to Washington. He was a warm, kind, friendly soul and we will miss him.

I was saddened to hear of Martin's passing. Our class has lost too many classmates too soon. We connected in recent years for our 50th Class Reunion, and Mini Reunions with classmates in local area. Martin will be missed.

Sincerely,

Hannah Delaney

As a founding member of the Assabet Valley Camera Club, I remember Marty joining the club shortly after it started in 1985. He was always very active in the club and attended just about every meeting. He also had some great photos in our monthly competitions from the days that we submitted 35mm slides all the way up to the current digital photo entries.
I went on many trips with Marty ranging from day trips to the week long trips including Yellowstone, Washington State and the Coast of Maine in Sept. 2016
He will be greatly missed by missed by me and the entire club.
RIP, Marty

I had the pleasure to work with Marty at Neiman Marcus. We used to laugh that we probably were both working at Jordan Marsh together as young kids.

Marty will always have a special place in my heart. He was kind, talented, courageous, dedicated, smart, witty, charming and always willing to do whatever he could to help others. He took the time to get to know others......a rare trait in today's fast paced world. May the gentle man rest in peace.

Thank you Marty for being such a special person. I will miss your warm smile most of all.

My deepest sympathy to Marty's family.

We are filled with deep sadness to hear of Marty’s passing. He has been a friend since the Jordan Marsh days. Marty was a favorite guest at our Christmas Eve gatherings and we looked forward to his weekend visits to Nantasket Beach. We will always remember his love of photography and the arts. We are honored to have been friends with such a wonderful man. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Paulausky family.

I graduated from HCH with Marty in 1964. I was so pleased that I got to see and chat with him at our last few get togethers. He seemed happy to reconnect with us too. I am truly saddened to hear of his passing.....a nice guy, taken too early. My condolences to you. I hope you find solace in your faith. Sincerely, Karen

It greatly saddens me to learn of the passing of Marty. He was such a good friend for over 25 years. He was always fun to be with and loved telling stories. It was great to share his passion of photography where we met at the Assabet Valley Camera Club in Hudson, Ma. All the images he entered in competition always had funny names. His laugh was infectious. He went on a lot of our local New England field trips as well as to our Southwest Adventure, Balloons of Albuquerque, Yellowstone & Grand Tetons, and Washington State. It was great that we were able to share those times with him.
Marty was very smart and could talk about almost any subject. He especially liked talking about old movies. He remembered all the actors names.
We are in Florida and cannot make it to the funeral. Marty was supposed to come visit in March.
We will certainly miss him and are lucky to have had the chance to know him.
