Carla Pina Pereira

North Smithfield – Rhode Island – Carla Priscila de Seixas Pina Pereira, 41 anos, faleceu pacificamente na quinta-feira, 17 de novembro de 2022, com a família a seu lado.  Carla batalhou por 1 ano e 8 meses com tumor de Krukenberg, um tumor cancerígeno raro. Foi incrível como ela lidou com positividade e alegria. Apesar de todas as visitas a hospitais e seções de quimioterapias, ela espalhava bom humor e paz através de seu lindo sorriso (mesmo usando máscara) e olhar carinhoso. Foi inspirador.

A Carla nasceu em São Paulo, filha de Maria Aparecida do Vale Pina (Cida) e Rogério de Seixas Pina.  Quando criança, Carla amava dançar e brincar com suas irmãs. Ela era a mais velha de 3 irmãs, ela sempre teve um senso de carinho e proteção com suas irmãs, Amanda de Seixas Pina e Jaqueline de Seixas Pina, mesmo sendo criança.  A Carla tinha paixão por literatura sendo assim foi graduada e Pós-graduada pela USP (Universidade de São Paulo).

Ela conseguiu ainda comemorar seus 12 anos de casada (e foi uma boa festa), compartilhar seus desejos e dizer “vejo você em breve” para sua família e filhos enquanto estava na UTI.  Carla era conhecida pelo seu coração carinhoso, sabedoria, gosto por viajar, esposa maravilhosa e a melhor mãe do mundo. Ela era um ser humano lindo e amava ajudar todos a seu redor. Todos que a conheceram sentiam sua energia positiva e gentileza aonde fosse. A Carla amava seus animais, dançar e ficar com família e amigos.  Mesmo que ela nos deixou prematuramente, a Carla dizia que seus desejos mais ambiciosos foram conquistados: Graduou na faculdade, completou seus objetivos profissionais, casou-se, teve um casal de filhos lindos, viajou pelo mundo, escolheu e viveu na casa de seus sonhos e estava rodeada de pessoas que a amava muito e sempre pensando nela. 

Ela deixa filho (Victor Pina Pereira), filha (Meghan Pina Pereira) e marido (Hudson de Paula Pereira).  Em nome da Carla, a família, esposo e filhos, gostaríamos de agradecer a família e amigos (que são a família escolhida por nós) pelo seu apoio neste momento. Por favor, espalhe o amor e gentileza por onde vá, pois o desejo da Carla era tocar o coração de cada um e transformar este mundo em um mundo melhor.

North Smithfield - Carla Priscila de Seixas Pina Pereira, 41, passed away peacefully Thursday November 17, 2022, with her family at her side. Carla battled 1 year and 8 Months with Krukenberg tumor, a very rare form of cancer disease. It was incredible how she dealt with it with such good positivity and happiness.  Every hospital visit or chemotherapy section she would spread good humor and peace through her beautiful smile (despite using the face mask) and caring look. It was inspiring. 

She was born in São Paulo, the daughter of Maria Aparecida do Vale Pina (Cida) and Rogério de Seixas Pina.  As a child, Carla loved to dance and play with sisters. The oldest one of 3, she always had a sense of being caring and protective with them, Amanda de Seixas Pina and Jaqueline de Seixas Pina, even when she was a child herself.

Carla had a true passion for literature, graduated and master’s graduated from USP (Universidade de São Paulo).  She had the chance to commemorate her 12th marriage anniversary (great party by the way), make her wishes and say “see you soon” to her family and children while in the ICU.  Carla was well known for her caring heart, wisdom, spirit to travel, wonderful wife and the best mother in the world. She was a beautiful human being and loved to help everybody around her. People who knew her felt her positiveness and kindness whenever she went. Carla loved her pets, dancing and spending time with family and friends.

Even though she left us so early, she used to say that she fulfilled her most ambitious dreams: Graduated, accomplished professional milestones, got married, have a daughter and son, travelled the world, chose and lived in her dream house and had people who loved her so much at her side and thinking about her.  She leaves her son Victor Pina Pereira, her daughter Meghan Pina Pereira and Husband Hudson de Paula Pereira.  

On behalf of Carla, her family, her husband, and children, would like to thank the family and all her friends, who are our chosen family, for your support during this moment. Please spread the love and kindness where you go, as she wished to touch every heart and make this world a better one.   She will be missed.
