MARLBOROUGH - Wesley F. Wetherell, 93, of Oxford and formerly of Marlborough, died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Sandalwood Care and Rehabilitation in Oxford. Born in Waterville, Vt., the son of the late Fay and Celia (Wheelock) Wetherell, he was raised in Hudson and Marlborough, and entered the U.S. Navy in 1943. A truck driver all his life, he was retired from Aggregate Industries in Grafton. He enjoyed camping, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
He leaves two sons, Wesley F. Wetherell Jr. of Oklahoma and David L. Wetherell of Mendon, and three grandchildren. The funeral with private burial and military honors will be held.
