MARLBOROUGH- Stella J. (Comerato) Bonin, 91, of Marlborough died Tuesday October 27, 2015 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester. She was the wife of the late Alfred Bonin who died in 1985. She was born in Marlborough the daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Ricci) Comerato and was a 1942 graduate of Marlborough High School and later from Hairdressing School.  Stella worked as an assembler for many years at LaPointe's Tool Company in Hudson and as a hairdresser on the Marlborough area. She enjoyed a trip to Italy with her sisters many years ago, and loved playing Bingo and trips to the casino. She was the mother of the late Deborah Thibault and Cathy Mazza both of Marlborough; she leaves four grandchildren,  Victoria "Tori" L. Baum of Chula Vista, CA, Jennifer Onofre of Marlborough, Savannah Thibault of Buffalo NY and DawnMarie Whiteaker -Hanna of Marlborough; four nephews and nieces, Her caregiver Mary McLellan of Marlborough,  Cheryl Moisan of Marlborough, Sheila Snediker of Northborough and John Comerato of Marlborough.  3 great grandchildren, Tristan, Darian and Brooke; 1 great great grandchild Kayden; six grand nephews and nieces, two cousins. She was predeceased by her siblings, Billy, Johnny, Rocky, Adeline and Mary.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday November 10 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home ( www.CollinsFuneral.com ), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough. A time of visitation will be held prior to the service at the funeral home from 9:30-11 a.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home ( www.CollinsFuneral.com ), 378 Lincoln Street.
