Natick- Patricia A. (Kane) Kamenelis, 61, of Natick died Thursday May 15, 2015 at her daughter's home in Marlborough after a 3 and a half year battle with cancer. She was the former wife of James Kamenelis of Rockledge, Florida.  She was born in Brookline, raised in Natick the daughter of the Harriet (Valine) Kane of Natick and the late John Kane and was a 1971 graduate of Natick High School, and later received an associate's degree in liberal arts from Brevard Community College. Patricia was an administrative manager for Canon Business Solutions in Boston for seven years and for Konica Minolta in California for many years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Natick. She enjoyed making stained glass creations, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.  With an open heart she encouraged and supported everyone she met and truly made each person feel special. Her belief in second chances gave everyone who met her a renewed sense of optimism. She leaves her daughter Heather C. Kamenelis and her partner Adam Healy of Marlborough; a brother Kevin Kane and his wife Cathy of Braintree; a sister Judy Rogers and her husband Jim of California; four nephews and nieces, Ryan, Patrick, Matthew, Rachel and Desmond. She was the mother of the late Daniel E. Kamenelis who died in 1996.

Calling hours will be held Thursday May 21 from 6-8 p.m. in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home ( www.CollinsFuneral.com ), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. A funeral service will follow calling hours at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
