Westborough- Pablo C. Salcedo, 18, of Westborough died Sunday January 5, 2014 from injuries received in an automobile accident in Westborough. He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico the son of Maria E. Vega Lopez of Westborough and Salvador Salcedo also of Westborough. He was in his senior year at Assabet Valley Reg. Tech. High School majoring in Health Technologies and was Captain of the soccer team. He also played on the football and volleyball team. Pablo worked at Coleman House in Northborough and previously and Stop & Shop and Mc Donald's Restaurant both in Westborough.  He attended Marlborough's First Baptist Church, Metro Church and St. Luke's Church. He enjoyed soccer, working out; playing Call of Duty, paintball, hanging out with his friends, dancing and he loved to play in the snow. Pablo planned on enlisting in the United States Army following graduation and  to go to college. He was outgoing, happy, polite and a very hard working young man. He was compassionate and caring and had the gift of lighting up any room with his smile.

He leaves his brother Paul R. Salcedo of Mexico; three sisters, Paula Salcedo and her husband Luis of Mexico, Paulina Salcedo and her husband Antonio of Marlborough and Paola Salcedo and her husband Humberto of Westborough; his maternal grandmother Maria E. Lopez Rodriguez of Mexico . Five nephews and nieces, Max, Owen, Mateo, Ingrid and Valeria; many uncles, aunts and cousins and many close friends.

A Celebration of his Life will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Metro Church, 401 Elm Street, Marlborough. Following cremation burial will be private. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-10 p.m. in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home ( www.CollinsFuneral.com),378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.  Instead of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home. Salcedo de Mexico; tres hermanas, Paula Salcedo y su marido Luis de Mexico, Paulina Salcedo y su marido Antonio de Marlborough y Paola Salcedo y su marido Humberto de Westborough; su abuela materna Maria E. Lopez Rodriguez de Mexico. Cinco sobrinos y sobrinas, Max, Owen, Mateo, Ingrid y Valeria; muchos tíos, tías y primos y muchos amigos.

Una celebración de su vida será el viernes a las 11:00 am. en Metro Church, 401 Elm Street, Marlborough. Después el entierro cremación será privada.
