Obituary

Marlborough- Nancy J. (Foley) Rebakas, 76 of Marlborough died peacefully at her home while surrounded by her family on Tuesday May 8, 2007. She was the wife of Russell E. Rebakas for the last 52 years. She leaves a son Russell P. Rebakas of Marlborough; two daughters, Carol A. Lawton, and her husband George of Hudson and Cindy A. Schuberth, and her husband Wayne of Framingham; a brother Gerald Foley of Westboro and a sister Virginia A Edmunds, and her husband Kenneth of Grafton; five grandchildren, Michael G. Lawton and his wife Linda of Millbury, Nicole Lawton of Weymouth, Nancy Lawton of Westboro, Mark Lawton of Hudson and Emily Schuberth of Framingham; two great granddaughters, Ava and Brianna Lawton of Millbury. She was pre-deceased by her brother Harold Foley of Nevada. She was born in Ticonderoga, NY the daughter of the late Edward and Sybil (Crammond) Foley and moved to Massachusetts many years ago. She was a 1948 graduate of Westboro High School and a served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. She enjoyed bowling, country music and vacationing in Sanbornton, New Hampshire with her family She will be remembered by her family as a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her funeral will be held Saturday May 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lincoln Chapel of the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.SFCFH.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. Burial will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday May 11, 2007 in the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to UMASS Memorial Hospice, UMASS Memorial Foundation, PO Box 2795, Worcester, MA 01613-9938.
