Michael N. Clemente, 77, of Marlborough died Thursday December 9, 2021 at The Reservoir Center after battling Alzheimer's and COPD.  He was born in Utica, New York. Michael was an Optician for over 40 years, previously owning three Pearle Vision Centers, as well as working for many other vision companies.  He retired in 2011. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, working in his yard and he loved animals. Michael was a kind, fun loving guy with a fantastic sense of humor, was extremely generous and was always the first to help anyone in need.

He leaves two sons, Jesse M. Clemente and his wife Nicole Clemente of Oregon and Jamie A. Clemente of Marlborough; a granddaughter Georgia Clemente of Oregon.  Although Michael had no other family of his own, he was always considered a family member of his ex wife, Stephanie Benoit, her parents Camille La France and Ramona Young, his sisters-in-law, Paula Clark, Lori Barron, Christine Shore, Renee McCarthy and brother-in-law, Michael La France.

Calling hours will be held Saturday December 18th from 9-11 AM in the Collins Funeral Home(www.collinsfuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Care.
