Mary E. (Dunne) Lewis, 58, of Moultonborough, N.H., passed away Saturday, Feb 12, 2011 at home with her family after an illness. Born August 7, 1952 in Newton, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Mary A. (Burke) Dunne. She was raised in Sudbury and graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in 1970.
Mary had a great sense of humor, a love for children, and a caring heart for people. She was an avid New England Patriots fan who enjoyed watching football, reading the newspaper and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Mary is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, William A. Lewis of Moultonborough, and also leaves her three loving daughters, Bobbi-Jo and her husband, Brian Anderson, of Dudley, Nicole and her husband, Aaron Proulx, of Maynard, and Sheri and her husband, Robert Lothridge, of St. Cloud, Fla.; two brothers, Michael Dunne and his wife, Dava, of Grafton, Charles Dunne and his husband, William McAuley, of Easton and a sister, Nora and her husband, Paul Hammar, of Stow; three grandchildren, Tyler and Emily Anderson of Dudley and Nora Proulx of Maynard; her sister-in-law, Virginia and her husband, Richard Lincoln, of Old Orchard, Maine; and several nieces and nephews.
Please join us in celebrating her life Friday, Feb. 18, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln St, Marlborough.
