Obituary

MARBOROUGH - Mary E. (DiCicco) LeBon, 87, of Marlborough and formerly of Boston, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 at her home. She was the wife of Frederick J. LeBon, who died in 1996. Mary was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Michael J. and Anna R. (Belle) DiCicco, and was a graduate of Girls High School in Roxbury and later, of Wilford Academy with honors. She owned and operated her own hair salon in Brookline for many years. Mary was a happy, pleasant person who was devoted to her family and her Catholic faith. She leaves two sisters, Raffaela Bettano of Wakefield and Helen Strolazzi of Framingham; her aunt, Helen Allen and her husband, Jim, of Cape Cod; and 15 nephews and nieces. She was the sister of the late Michael and Earl DiCicco.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough. A time of visitation will be held prior to the funeral from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
