MARLBOROUGH - Marie G. Dudley, 100, of Marlborough died Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Bolton Manor. She was born, raised and educated in Marlborough, the daughter of the late Calixte and Cordelia (Bonneville) Dudley. Marie worked as a clerk in the men's department at Jordan Marsh for many years, retiring in 1975, and previously at Ruegers Bakery in Marlborough for many years. She was a member of the former St. Mary's Church and the Marlborough Seniors. She leaves three nieces, Eleanor Harkins of Manchester, N.H., Marie Bergeron of Quincy and Rita Brodeur of Florida; many grandnephews and grandnieces; and great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces.
Her funeral will be held Monday, June 1, at 9 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Beach Street. There are no calling hours.
