FRAMINGHAM - Lydia Rosario Sanchez, 73, of Framingham died Monday, August 5, 2013 at Beaumont Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She leaves two sons, Samuel Cupid, Jr. of Framingham, Ricardo Correira of Worcester and two daughters, Waleska Bachiller of San Juan, Puerto Rico and Madeline Torres of Framingham; a sister, Aida Castro of San Juan; five grandsons, six granddaughters, four great-grandsons, and four great=granddaughters; and nephews and nieces. She was born, raised and educated in San Juan, the daughter of the late Felipe and Julia (Sanchez) Rosario and worked for the State of Puerto Rico for 29 years. She loved cooking, baking and shopping. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother devoted to her family, and will be remembered for her toughness, generosity and compassion towards others.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, August 7 from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home ( www.CollinsFuneral.com ), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
