FRAMINGHAM - Laecio P. Magalhaes, 50, of Framingham died Monday, July 2, 2012 at MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham following a car accident Monday morning . He was the husband of Sandra M.M. Dos Santos for the past 24 years. He was born in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil, the son of the late Americo C. Patrocinio and Odete P. De Magalhaes, and was educated in Brazil. He moved to Massachusetts over 20 years ago and worked at the New England Center for Children in Southborough for four years, as well as Unnicco Janitorial Services in Framingham for many years. A huge soccer fan, Laecio enjoyed the beach, barbequing with family and friends and playing volleyball. He was a devoted husband and father, outgoing, funny, helpful, caring, and honest, and could make anyone smile with his outgoing and charming personality. Besides his wife he leaves his daughter, Laendra Magalhaes of Framingham; his brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Naiade Prouty of Framingham; two nephews, Ulysses and Joshua Prouty and a niece, Rayssa Prouty, all of Framingham; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
