HUDSON- June M. (Kirkpatrick) Oram, 76, of Hudson and formerly of Marlborough, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center. She was born in Athol, the daughter of the late Frank W. and Mildred M. (Laveulette) Kirkpatrick, and was a 1952 graduate of Athol High School. June worked for Bay State Abrasives for many years and later at Honey Farms in Marlborough and Hudson for many years. She was a friend of Bill W. for over 30 years and often spoke throughout the state of Massachusetts. She was an avid reader who enjoyed travelling, dancing, crosswords and the theatre. June leaves a son, Scot E. Oram of Ashland and a daughter, Lauren J. Oram of New Durham, N.H.; and a grandson, Joshua Oram of Leominster. She was the mother of Darren M. Oram of Marlborough, who died in 2007.
Following cremation, a graveside service will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. There are no calling hours.
