FRAMINGHAM - John V. DeGregorio, of Framingham, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late John DeGregorio Sr. and Maria (Batalini) DeGregorio. He was a lifelong resident of Framingham and was educated in Framingham schools. He worked at Roxbury Carpet in Saxonville, Dennison Manufacturing and then retired from Digital Equipment Corp. After his retirement, he spent his winters in Florida and was a resident of Framingham Green Apartments. He leaves his foster son, Alfred; his sisters, Adeline Fox of California and Michaelene Zullo of Natick; his brother Edward D. DeGregorio of California; his nieces, Stephanie Stubbs and her husband, Greg, of California and Deborah Anderson of Northbridge. He was the brother of the late Mary Harvey, formerly of Framingham, Julia Zullo, formerly of Medfield, Emma Wilson, formerly of Framingham, and James DeGregorio. A private viewing will take place Monday, June 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Fitzgerald Collins Funeral Home (www.SFCFH.com), 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough. An open Mass will be held Tuesday, June 19, at 10 a.m., at St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverley St., Framingham.
