MARLBOROUGH- James G. Barberio, 52 of Marlborough and formerly of Newton died Thursday October 11, 2007 at home after being stricken ill. He was the husband of Judith A. (Proia) Barberio for the last 27 years. Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Pamela M. Barberio of Gardner and Brittany E. Barberio of Marlborough; three brothers, John Barberio of Battle Creek, MI, Michael Barberio of Spencer and Anthony Barberio of Newton; a granddaughter, Antoinette L. Auricchio of Gardner. He was born in Cheverly, MD the son of the Trinidad M. (Bonillo) Barberio of Waltham and the late John M. Barberio and was raised in Belmont where he graduated from Belmont High School in 1973. He was an Auto Glass Installer for Safelite Auto Glass in Billerica for the last 12 years. He loved spending time with his family in South Yarmouth and working around the house, from landscaping to remodeling and was an avid Red Sox and patriots fan. Calling hours will be held Monday October 15, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.SFCFH.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
