MARLBOROUGH - Giselle R. Rodriguez, 23, of Clinton and formerly of Marlborough, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2009. She was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Josefina Rivera of Marlborough and Fidel Rodriguez of Puerto Rico.
Giselle graduated from Joseph P. Keefe Technical School in 2004 and from Massachusetts Bay Community College three weeks ago, having majored in paralegal studies. For the past three years she had worked as a paralegal at Hologic in Marlborough. She loved listening to music, taking pictures and adored "Tinkerbell." Giselle was an independent, outgoing woman who always helped others, even if it meant going without. She was selfless and caring, had a very special relationship with her mother, and adored her nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she leaves five brothers, Luis Rodriguez and his wife, Crystal, and Jose Rodriguez, all of Marlborough, and Jorge, Carlos and Fidel Rodriguez, all of Puerto Rico; four nieces, Teanna, Destiney, Tatiana and Jaiani, and two nephews, Luis and Miguel; and many dear friends.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, Sept. 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough. Her funeral and burial will be held in Puerto Rico. All are invited to sign Giselle's online guestbook at www.CollinsFuneral.com.
