MARLBOROUGH - Flavia D. (Alo de Aguiar) Vaz, 31, of Marlborough died peacefully Monday, Aug. 31, 2009 at home, surrounded by family. She was the daughter of Pedro Alo de Aguiar and Waldiria Alves Dias Aguiar of Marlborough. The wife of Walter R. Vaz, Jr., she leaves three sons, Yago, Isaac and Gabriel Vaz, all of Marlborough; two brothers, Leandro de Aguiar of Marlborough and Celso Santos of Brazil, and two sisters, Elizabete Nelson and Angelica Foster, both of Marlborough; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 7 to 10 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 78 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. Burial will take place Thursday, Sept. 3, at 11 a.m., in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
