Marlborough- Esther I.  (Haynes) Wetherell, 93, of Marlborough died Friday June 7, 2013 at Millbury Healthcare Center.  She was born, raised and educated in Marlborough the daughter of Harry and Alice M. (Gilman) Haynes. She was an administrative assistant at Westborough State Hospital for 11 years retiring in many years ago.  She was a former member of the First Congregational Church, she enjoyed genealogy. Esther leaves two sons, Wesley F. Wetherell, Jr. and his wife Dana of Purcel, Oklahoma and David L. Wetherell of Mendon; a brother Robert Haynes of Florida; two sisters, Elsie Harrison of New Hampshire and Ginny Beasley of Florida; three grandchildren, Suni Savage of Texas, Nicole and Christopher Wetherell both of Mendon; she was pre-deceased by two sisters Barbara Haynes and Dorothy Lacombe and two brothers, Archie and Walter Haynes.

Funeral services will be private.
