Marlborough- Eloisa Vitoria Oliveira Souza, five month old daughter of Weslei Alves Souza and Osanir Marques De Oliveira. She was born in Boston at Beth Israel hospital on March 12, 2026 diagnosed with trisomy 13; Alobar holoprosencephaly (HCC);Microphthalmia of both eyes; Microcephaly (HCC);Facial cleft; Small for gestational age; Polydactyly, postaxial, both hands and both feet; Seizure disorder; VSD (ventricular septal defect) and Baby premature weeks.

She died Sunday August 23, 2026 at Boston Children’s Hospital.

In addition to her parents she leaves two brothers, Wesley Souza, Jr and Davi Lucas Oliveira Souza; two sisters Anna Clara Souza and Lavinya Gabrielly Souza all of Marlborough.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Her short life was an inspiration to her family and church community.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 27 at 7 PM in Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will be on Friday August 28 at 9:30 AM in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
