Marlborough – Consuelo Reyes Rodas, 68, of Marlborough, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Marlborough Hospital.

Born in Retalhuleu, Guatemala, she was the beloved daughter of the late Adelaido Reyes Saucedo and Eloisa Perez Rodas. A devoted member of Centro Cristiano Emanuel Church in Marlborough, Consuelo lived a life of faith, kindness, and generosity. She found joy in cooking, shopping, and the beauty of flowers, but above all, she will be remembered for her warm heart, honesty, and compassionate spirit. She was always willing to help others, touching many lives with her care and love.

She leaves behind her cherished children: Estuardo Arreaga of Marlborough, Francisco Reyes of Pennsylvania, Walfer Reyes of New York, Jeisson Reyes of South Carolina, Angela Reyes of Marlborough, and Olga Reyes of South Carolina. She is also survived by her loving siblings: Adelaido Reyes, Jose Reyes, Escequiel Reyes, Francisco Reyes, and Jose Reyes, all of Guatemala, as well as her sister, Josefina Perez Reyes of Guatemala. Consuelo was a proud grandmother to five grandsons and three granddaughters and will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, February 28, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at Centro Cristiano Emanuel Church, 814 Boston Post Road East, Marlborough. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM at the church. Consuelo will be laid to rest in Champerico, Guatemala.
