MARLBOROUGH - Cesar A. Argueta, 74, of Marlborough died Monday, May 13, 2013 at Marlborough Hospital. He was the husband of Olga A. (Garcia) Argueta for the last 50 years.
He was born, raised and educated in Retalhuleu, Guatemala, the son of the late Ricardo and Rosa (Izara) Argueta, and moved to the United States over 20 years ago. He worked for Rich's Products Corp. formerly in Marlborough for 12 years, and also at several area companies. Cesar loved fishing, soccer, walks, Sunday flea markets and barbeques. He was a straightforward man, sarcastic yet funny, happy-go-lucky, kind, caring, compassionate, and a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Abner and Augusto Argueta, and three daughters, Yolanda E. Argueta, Olga L. Lopez and Karla Y. Uluan, all of Marlborough; a brother, Pablo Hernandez and two sisters, Dora and Clara Argueta, all of Guatemala; seven grandsons, nine granddaughters; and four great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters.
