MARLBOROUGH - Blaine A. Nicholas, 60, of Marlborough died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011 at Marlborough Hospital. Born in Framingham and raised in Marlborough, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Mary F. (O'Brien) Nicholas and was a 1968 graduate of Marlborough High School. Blaine was a gifted, self-employed musician and had played the guitar in many area venues throughout the years. He leaves his sister, Coral D. Nicholas, M.D., of Rome, N.Y.; two nephews, Ahmed and Zed Seedat, and a niece, Sarah Seedat, all of Rome; and many cousins.
A private graveside service will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Marlborough. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
