Marlborough- Barbara A. (Agnew) Lazaros, 78, of Marlborough died Sunday March 13, 2016 at The Reservoir Center. She was the wife of the late Robert B. Lazaros who died in 2010.  She was born in Hudson, the daughter of the late Leo and Emma (Lindhauer) Agnew and moved to Marlborough in 1947 and graduated from Immaculate Conception School in 1952.  After raising four children, Barbara worked at Madonna Hall, Alphonse's Restaurant in Maynard and for Koehler Lighting Products manufacturing Mining lighting.  She enjoyed travelling with her friends, cooking, trips to the casino, knitting and crocheting.  She enjoyed being the Matriarch of the family, maintaining her feisty spirit to the end. She leaves three sons, Robert B. Lazaros, Jr. and his wife Sandi of Marlboro, Charles J. Lazaros and his wife Sheri of Hudson and Gary A. Lazaros and his wife Julie of Hudson; a daughter Darcia "Cis" Constantine and her husband Dick of Hudson; a brother Leo Agnew of Clinton; a sister Sandra Herrick of Florida; ten grandchildren, Rich, Mike, Kelly, Amy, Chuck, Gabrielle, Nicky, Joey, Chris and Kailee; four great grandsons and three great granddaughters; many nephews, nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by her twin sisters, Marion Colley and Mildred Hayden.

Funeral services and calling hours will be private. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery with her husband Bob. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home( www.CollinsFuneral.com ), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
