Ashland- Antonio Barbosa Netto, 82, of Ashland died Monday January 18, 2010 at the MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. He was the husband of Gercy (Freitas) Barbosa for the last 53 years. He was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil the son of the late Joao Netto and Manoela Gomes da Fonseca. Antonio enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar and spending time with his family. He leaves nine children, Marilene, Robson, Rosilene, Rosimar, Joao Batista, Marta, Marco, Elaine and Robinho; three brothers, five sisters and many grandchildren.

His funeral will be held Saturday January 23rd at 1:00 p.m. in the Marantha Christian Church, 180 Howard Street, Framingham. Burial will be in Governador Valadares, MG, Brazil.
