Framingham- Alcira (Rugeles) De Ortiz, 69, of Framingham died Monday April 15, 2013 at UMASS Medical Center, Worcester.  She was born, raised and educated in Armero, Columbia the daughter of Manuel and Blanca (Ariza) Rugeles.  She leaves two sons Rafael F. Ortiz of Spain and Walter P. Ortiz of Columbia; a daughter Blanca O. Hichos of Framingham; two brothers, Alvaro and Manuel and two sisters Maria and Olga; twelve grandchildren and a great granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Stephen's Church in Framingham Saturday April 20 at 10:00 a.m.  Calling hours will be held Friday April 19 from 6-9 p.m. in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
