Marlborough- Albert R. Deegler, Jr., 87 of Marlborough and formerly of Cinnaminson, New Jersey died Monday August 13, 2007 at his home. He was the husband of the late Rosemary (Fantacone) Deegler who died last year. He leaves two sons, Van P. Deegler of Stow and A. Richard Deegler of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren, four great grandchildren; many nephews and nieces. He was born in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Albert R. and Marie Deegler. Mr. Deegler was a graduate of Northeast High School in Philadelphia and was a US Navy veteran of WWII having served in the Asiatic/Pacific theatre. Following an honorable discharge, he worked as a planner and estimator in the production and repair of naval vessels for the Department of Defense at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard for 35 years before retiring in 1975. A memorial service will be held Wednesday August 22, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Christ Church, 305 Main Street, Riverton, NJ. There are no calling hours.
