Arthur Gava Medici

Revere - Arthur Gava Medici, 26, morador de Revere, faleceu Sábado, dia 15 de setembro de 2018, no Hospital do Cape Cod. Ele nasceu em Vitória, ES, Brasil, filho de Itamar Alfredo Medici e Denise Lucia Gava. Arthur graduou na Escola Godofredo Schneider, em Vila Velha,e estudava Engenharia Civil Na Universidade de Vila Velha antes de se mudar para os Estados Unidos há quase quatro anos atrás. Ele era estudante no Bunker Hill Community College onde cursava Engenharia. Ele trabalhou no The Capital Grille, em Burlington desde que chegou e também num restaurante em Boston. Ele era mebro da Igreja Cristá Maranata localizada em Revere e era bem ativo na igreja. Fazia parte do Grupo de Louvor, era Obreiro. Arthur amava surfar, praticar snowboarding, paint balling, hiking, pescar, jogar frescoball e lógico, futebol. Seu time favorito era Botafogo. Arthur tocou as vidas de todos que ele encontrou no caminho, pelo seu carinho e compaixão pelos outros. Ele será lembrado pelo seu grande senso de humor, pelo seu jeito de se preocupar com os outros antes dele e seu enorme coração.

Além de seus pais, ele deixa seu irmão Marcos Gava, residente de Sáo Paulo, sua avó maternal Angelina Erlacher e avó paternal Odete Mattos Medici, ambas de Vila Velha, ES, Brasil, muitos tios e tias, incluindo Marisa Medici e Marco Coutinho de Revere, muitos primos, incluindo Sarah Coutinho de Revere e sua noiva Emily Rocha de Everett.

O horario de visita sera na Quarta Feira, dia 19 de Setembro na Family United Methodist Church - Ministerio brasileiro, 493 Lincoln Ave, Saugus de 4:30 as 7:00 pm. O funeral sera a partir das 7:30pn na mesma Igreja. O enterro sera em Vila Velha, ES, Brasil. Revere- Arthur Gava Medici, 26, of Revere, died Saturday September 15, 2018 at Cape Cod Hospital.  He was born in Vitoria, Espírito Santo, Brazil the son of Itamar Alfredo Medici and Denise Lucia Gava.  Arthur was a graduate of Godofredo Schneider High School in Vila Velha, ES and was studying Civil Engineering at Universidade Vila Velha before moving to Revere four years ago.  He was a student at Bunker Hill Community College where he majored in Engineering.  He worked at The Capital Grille in Burlington for several years and also in a restaurant in Boston.  He was a member of the Maranatha Christian Church in Revere and was very active in the Church. He was also part of its Praise Group. Arthur loved surfing, snowboarding, paintballing, hiking, fishing, fresco ball and soccer.  His favorite team was Botafogo.  Arthur touched the lives of all he met, through his kindness and compassion.  He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, selfless ways and huge heart.

In addition to his parents he leaves his brother Marcos Gava of Sao Paulo, Brazil; his maternal grandmother Angelina Erlacher Gava and paternal grandmother Odete Mattos Medici, both of Vila Velha, ES, Brazil; many uncles and aunts, including Marisa Medici and Marco Coutinho of Revere; many cousins, including Sarah Coutinho of Revere and his fiancé Emily Rocha of Everett.  

Calling hours will be held Wednesday September 19 at the First United Methodist Church-Brazilian Ministry, 493 Lincoln Avenue, Saugus from 4:30-7:00 p.m.  A funeral service will follow at 7:30 p.m. in the church.  Burial will be held in Vila Velha, ES, Brazil.
