As his Niece Heather says of her uncle:
Today we lost my Uncle Bobby. He was 1 of 8 siblings. He was wild, funny, and loved us so much. He was BRAVE! He was a Soldier in the Vietnam War by 18 years old. He was a Veteran who fought through horrible times for our country.... and he fought for his life until the very end. ❤️ You are at peace Uncle Bobby, and although we will miss you terribly... we will see you again.❤️ Watch over us and keep us safe.... as you did before.
As his Niece Tiffany says of her uncle:
