About Us

The funeral home was established in 1950 by John Sullivan and was operated by him until the time of his death, at which time Frederick Fitzgerald, first cousin to the late President John F. Kennedy and nephew to Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, purchased the funeral home. Mr. Fitzgerald owned the funeral home until his death in 1995.

In 1996 the current owner Richard D. Collins acquired the business from the estate and continues to operate it with the same compassion and service to families in need as that of its predecessors.
